THE TOOTH

In Reading we read a book called THE TOOTH   then we made a slide show and put down all the information on the slide show.

This was a hard and fun activity . The hard bit was we had to write a few facts about Joan Wiffen and fossils.

Fatu Feu'u

Hi guys I'm back and with some more work to share with you. In Art we have been learning about Fatu Feu'u and his style of painting.

I thought this was a very hard piece of artwork because we had to think of 6 different patterns

and do that pattern 4 times.

TRENCH DIARY

MY ANZAC expirience

HI guys I'm back with some more work. In writing we have been writing about ANZAC day and what we did. We had to write a recount. We had to make a google docs. I hope you like it.

ANZAC DAY

“Good morning”  I sad while yawning. I got out of bed and realized that it was ANZAC Day(25th of April). I rushed to my brothers room and started

whispering until he woke up.

When my brother finally  woke up we got ready.

I was tired but it was worth it.When we were all ready we went in the car. I fell asleep for a bit of the trip to the ceremony, but I woke up just before we got there. When we parked we had to walk for a bit because we parked quite a while away.

I can’t believe it we're finally there!(West Auckland Cemetery) but our Dad woke us up too early so we had to wait a whole hour until the service started. When the service started some guards came and stared at the monument, then they shot some cannons,  but the bullet wasn’t loaded in the cannon so it was harmless.

After that we sang some songs and listened to some statements.Once that was finished they called up some of the old soldiers and even some police officers.

Soon the parade was going to finish, but not for us because after the parade they had a display of the cannons.When the parade finished we looked at the cannons then we went through the whole graveyard looking at the brave soldiers

who fought for us.

vRoom as the car starts we’re going home now. Bye bye I quietly said to the soldiers who were quietly marching away. When we got home I had some breakfast and had a little lie down on the couch.

I liked this activity because it made me think about all the brave soldiers who fought for us. Feel free to comment. BLOG YOU LATER.
